Materials
Direct thermal, couché paper, thermal, thermal transference, fluorescents, BOPP, polyester and others.
RR’s self-adhesive labels can be manufactured with several types of materials, allowing a variety of printing techniques. Resistance characteristics to temperature and humidity variations, chemicals, tearing and cutting are defined as needed.
Adhesives
Non-toxic hot melt/acrylic adhesives.
Customization
Labels can be neutral or customized in up to 8 colors.
Application
Manual or through manual or automatic labeling application equipment.
Graphic Printing Process
Flexography: a process using fast-drying fluid inks, whether water-based, solvent-based, ultraviolet (UV) curable or electron beam curing inks. One of its main features is the flexibility to print onto the most varied substrates, with different surfaces, rigidity and resistance.
Compatibility
RR self-adhesive labels are manufactured according to the standards and models of thermal transfer printers by Zebra, Datamax, Intermec, Eltron, Sato, Rabbit and Argox, and scales by Toledo, Filizola, Urano, Hobart, Ishida, among others.
