Social and Human Development
Based on structural policies of Human and Professional Development, professionals working at RR are offered the opportunity to grow and develop inside the company, through training programs and career opportunities.
The Company has a program, which objective is to give internship opportunities to youth attending middle technical and superior education. It is a monitored internship and, in the end of the term, many interns are made permanent and develop a career plan.
